Everything was brand-new, breakfast was exceptionally nice. Had marvellous location by frequent buses, an easy walk to Papperla Pub. Moreover, it was just off the center of Zermatt as well as a bus stop to the ski stations. All the staff were kind, nice.

Oh, the fish and chips at the nearby Pub were legendary! Not to mention, our Budget Twin Room wasnice and neat, while breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruits and veggies. I loved how friendly everyone was. Perfect location, just a hop away from the river!

Fabulous hotel, brand-new rooms and magnificent location. The rooms with fantastic views, a good shower, a good internet connection. Excellent breakfast for the value, great food, and amicable staff. A local bus stop close to the property. Very nice stay, as always.

Wellness center (small spa) was really nice. Breakfast was also good also.

Our room was ready at 4 pm even in reservation it was said that check in is possible from 7.30 am. At first our room was quite cold.

The bed is comfortable, but maybe that is the only thing I liked in this hotel

The reception opens only to 22h, and one person in the reception was really not very kind. I paid the price as for a hotel with 3 stars, but the equipements in the room are very basic and the room situated in a very incomforterble small buiding.

Such a good experience! The staff welcomed us warmly, the breakfast spread had plenty to choose from, and we enjoyed scenic walks along the river.
